A Great Leader Makes Imperfect Decisions.

That can be hard to it. You want every decision or choice to be the right one, to be perfect.

As a leader, it is rare to have all the information necessary to a big decision. It is hard to know all the angles or consequences beforehand.

When making a big decision you have to weigh the time, effort, and financial cost against all the potential benefits. You also have to take into consideration the dangers in delaying the decision.

A great leader knows when to make a good decision and when to attempt to make the perfect decision.

A great leader knows when to live with a decision that they have made and when to correct a bad decision.

A great leader knows that no decision, or making a late decision can be worse than a bad decision.

A great leader knows that sometimes they will make mistakes, but they also know that a great leader is judged on their long term track record of success, not on one decision alone.

A great leader is NOT perfect.
